Chloë Gracey
Training, qualifications and experience
I am currently at Waverley Abbey College studying for a BA in Counselling. In addition to this, I have a private practice as an online Wellbeing and Resilience Life Coach.
As a former teacher and nurse, and with time spent living in Africa, as well as my own journey through hard times, I have had a wide variety of life experiences.
About the way I work
By using an integrative approach to therapy (including creativity) to my counselling, I provide therapeutic interventions to suit the individual client’s needs.
Life can sometimes be incredibly tough, whether it be day to day stuff that grinds us down, or a sudden and shocking life event. I am passionate about ensuring clients feel safe, seen and their story truly heard.
My areas of special interest include bereavement, loss, confidence and self-worth, life transitions, anxiety and depression.
Committed to supporting, encouraging and working collaboratively with clients, I strive to break down the therapeutic process into manageable steps.
I am a member of the BACP and adhere to their ethical code.
